Hannah Herdt Makeup Artist

Welcome to my world of transformative beauty and storytelling. I'm a (mostly) self-taught glam and SFX makeup artist with a passion for elevating characters across film, theatre, and television. My hands bring out the dramatic, the delicate, and the daring, blending artistry and technique to create unforgettable looks that spark emotion and bring narratives to life. Explore my portfolio and discover how every brushstroke can transform a vision into reality. I also offer corrective, beauty, and fantasy looks for weddings, special events such as Prom, and holidays, esp. Halloween.

Training & Education

Currently, the vast majority of what I do has been self taught. I've been experimenting with makeup since a very young age, and through much trial and error, and by hoarding makeup textbooks, I've learned what works and what doesn't. However, that being said, I have had some education on the matter...
--I first started learning through makeup workshops that were part of  Girl Scouts when I was young
--I've also learned a huge amount by working with the professional makeup artists at Terror on the Fox
--As part of my Theatre major through UW-Green Bay, I have completed the Stage Makeup course with professor Kaomie Malloy (which covered tools/sanitization, makeup/character design, corrective and glamour, stage, special fx/fantasy makeup).
